How long can I stay?+
Ahjal is for medium and long stays: from one month up to a year or more. We don't do nightly or weekly rentals.
Is it furnished?+
Yes. Every apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Bring your suitcase.
What does lock-off mean?+
Each apartment can be closed into two private spaces, each with its own bedroom, bathroom and entrance. Rent the whole apartment for US$1,000 a month, the Main (with the kitchen and terrace) for US$600, or the Suite (a private bedroom) for US$500.
Can I work from home?+
Yes. Both bedrooms have a built-in desk, and the rooftop is a good second office in the morning.
How do I see it before I sign?+
